3.5 - they delivered our pizza to the wrong house, blamed it on a newbie, remade the pizza, and sent it over to our house. The new pizza and breadsticks were delicious, but they ended up taking twice the time to deliver.

Food took 3 hours to arrive. Decided to give them another chance months later. They never answer the phone, tried to place order online instead and it kept giving me an error. Made other arrangements since the order wouldn’t go through and HOURS later over $100 worth of food shows up on my front porch without anyone knowing. Couldn’t call them because they were closed and of course they wouldn’t answer the phone the next day. I will NOT be ordering from here again!
I ordered one medium size pizza with extra sausage they didn't put extra sausage not to mind you that they hardly put cheese !! The pepperoni pizza was a Brooklyn style they stretch the dough out hardly covered with any cheese what a waste of time,,, price was good but I'd like some cheese on my pizza please. I should took a picture sorry.
I would not buy from this Domino's as long as Meadow is the Manager here I will go elsewhere for my Domino pizza. She lack any customer service skills. Is extremely rude and doesn't care about keeping her customers happy. I ordered a bottle of Coke with our pizza tonite she ran out of regular Coke so she changed the website so there was only diet soda available. She then told me that I had ordered Diet which I knew I hadn't done because I don't drink any kind of diet soda. She then said she had no intention on taking the soda back and slammed the phone down on my ear. I will be getting in touch with the local owner or tge main office about their undertrained manager.
Had already cancelled my order for delivery twice in past 15 days after waiting for close to 2 hours for delivery. Their tracker did not move beyond ‘Prep’ stage. The cancellation involved waiting on the call for over 30 minutes. The reason for delay given on call was unavailability of the driver. Thought of giving them another change. This time for Carside delivery. It already is 8:16 PM for an order placed at 7:26 PM for a pickup between 7:59 PM - 8:09 PM, still in ‘Prep’ stage.
Called to get an eta for an order placed 1 1/2 hours ago that still hasn’t left the dominos and got a rude answer when I was being nice but associate felt the need to be disrespectful all because I wanted to know an ETA which I think I’m entitled to when I paid for my food and have gotten no information about it. Poor customer service.
I’d give it a zero if that was an option. Tried to order pizza for 20 minutes but would Either be hung up on or not answered. Website would not process payment.
I ordered a pizza at 5:15, it arrived at 4:15. I had to file a police report because the GM wanted to have a screaming match inside and outside the establishment. Furthermore, she threatened me with "people" coming to my apt and commiting violence. She took the cold pizza I returned and refused to replace it. The most unprofessional experience I've ever had at a food establishment EVER. I would be embarassed to work for her and I feel stupid for thinking I could have a simple pizza delivery.
Took 2 hours and 15mins for 1 pizza on a tuesday, though the estimated time had been 40mins. No one answered when we called to check on it. Never again.
