Seasons Pizza

This is the saddest $11 chicken cheesesteak I’ve ever seen. One chopped up chicken breast. I called to figure out what happened to the rest of my cheesesteak and the manager told me that’s how it is and too bad. Absolute trash, sub, burger and pizza all fell right in line with this. Wild to think with so many places around here they would take such an awful stance on customer service. Luckily I have plenty of other options to order my dinner for my family in the future.

Do not bother ordering online. I used UberEats Placed an order at 3:45, called the store at 5 PM. The girl who picked up the phone had no idea what I was talking about and said they didn’t even enter the order yet. Said it would be there in a half hour. Order did not show up until 5:45. After reading the reviews this is a reoccurring thing for them. I ordered an antipasto and they put pepper all over everything? Pizza was also extremely undercooked. If this was served in New York it would be a crime. There are a TON of local shops that are much better. The ingredients they use are terrible quality. Similar to frozen pizzas. Only reason I ordered here is because it said it would be a 25-35 minute delivery. Don’t waste your money here.

Had a horrible experience. Ordered a sub tray that cost me $61. They sent a miniature container of every condiment. Clearly not enough for a sub tray. Requested plates, napkins and silverware. Did not receive any. Manager did not offer and type of discount for next order.

They messed up my first cheesesteak. Instead of making my order correctly the second time. They replaced it with a second one that had so much black pepper on it I couldn’t eat it. It’s disgusting and foul that a business that serves food would allow their employees to sabotage someone’s food. I’m wondering what other petty disgusting things they do to peoples food. I don’t trust this place just for that I would advise people not to eat here.

DELIVERY DRIVER DIDN'T EVEN ASK ME IF I NEEDED CHANGE. SUCH A SHAME! PAPPY'S PIZZA TOOK PRIDE IN MAKING GREAT EXCELLENT TASTING QUALITY FOODS FOR ITS CUSTOMER'S. REPLACED BY SEASON'S PIZZA IN MIDWAY PLAZA. I ORDERED A GLUTEN FREE PIZZA WITH CHICKEN & BANANA PEPPERS, THEY TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO PUT HOTSAUCE ON MY PIZZA INSTEAD OF PIZZA SAUCE, SO IF THE GLUTEN-FREE DOUGH DIDN'T GET COOKED ALL THE WAY, DID THE CHICKEN EVEN GET COOKED ALL THE WAY? THEN YOU MAY SEE THEY SLICED RIGHT THROUGH THE PIZZA IN THROUGH THE ALUMINUM PAN THEY COOKED IT ON. I REALLY LOVE CRUST WITH MY PIZZA & AS YOU MAY SEE THIS CRUST IS BURNT TO THE PAN. I UNDERSTAND GLUTEN ALLERGIES & CROSS CONTAMINATION IS A HUGE ORDEAL IN SOCIETY. THESE BUSINESSES MAKE SO MUCH $$$ HOW ABOUT PUTTING BACK INTO THE COMPANY FOR ANOTHER PIZZA OVEN FOR CELIAC DISEASED CUSTOMER'S? IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO DO SOMETHING THE PROPER WAY THOROUGHLY & CORRECTLY! NOT SURE WHAT I ATE, HOPE NOT ALUMINUM FOIL, I'VE GOT A SEVERE HEADACHE THAT JUST SPIKED FROM OUT OF NOWHERE. IT IS A THIN CRUST GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA, HOW MUCH PRESSURE DO YOU REALLY HAVE TO USE TO SLICE THE PIZZA CHECK OUT PHOTOS ? I MAY JUST THROW THIS PIZZA OUT NOW. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH, I HAVE LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON NEVER TO ORDER FROM SEASON'S PIZZA EVER AGAIN! GETTING CUSTOMER'S SICK WITH RAW POULTRY IS NOT A GREAT WAY TO HAVE REPEAT CUSTOMER'S. SEE HOW THEY LIKE TREATING CUSTOMER'S ONCE THE FDA GETS AHOLD OF THIS REVIEW WITH THE CONTENTS OF THE FOODS I RECEIVED FROM THEIR EMPLOYEE'S SUNDAY 11/7/2021.

Charged for extra sauce on pizza that was not visable and charged for extra sauce on meatball sandwich when bread was dry. Then bill came..menu said $8.99..was charged $11.47? Waitress told me i should have asked 4 sauce on side..i don t work there...??2nd time..curt service...never fixed overcharge on pizza...won t go there again.

I don’t know what happened to this place but their food completely sucks now. They don’t follow directions either.

I enjoy the food and atmosphere. Make sure you come in on the days they offer specials

POORLY DISORGANIZED! They said they delivered my pizza but it wasn’t delivered and the delivery driver did not leave a picture.
