Pizza Hut

Nice pizza hut, pretty standard. Closest one I know of to Wilmington and doesn't deliver to the city buy it's not a hard drive. Haven't had a pan pizza since j was a teenager. It was just as I ever. Crispy buttery crust. Hit the spot. The staff was nice also. They did not have part of my order but they were cool about it.

The pizza is good . although they are very very stingy with their sauce . i always order extra sauce on my pizzas. this is the only place i order from that adds little to no sauce when I ask for extra sauce .nobody else i order from messes this up . papa johns is less stingy with their sauce . we have complained about it and this was our free pizza they gave us for the mix up . this one has litterally no sauce at all . i told them i dont want free pizza without sauce i just want to pay for my pizza with some extra sauce .

So we've given this Pizza hut the beneift of the doubt twice so far, and they've burned us yet again. We placed an order online at 4 pm to arrive at 6 pm. The pizza got in at 7:15. The box is cold and we are missing our cinnamon sticks. Pictured are the bread sticks which are supposed to come with this box yet they decided to throw in icing for the nonexistent cinnamon sticks. Our sodas were nowhere to be seen and our driver didn't even give us a solution. The manager was kind enough to refund our order and give us credit for our next one, but obviously there will not be a next one. Stay away. Edit: My girlfriend and I ended up going to McDonald's and after we got back our driver delivered two sodas that were also wrong.

Ordered my two pizzas & 6 wings online. I took 30 mins to arrive and upon arrival my food hadn't even been started. Waited an addt'l 10 minutes just to get doughy pizza

Horrible!! This particular restaurants waitress simply said "I'm so sorry", took our plates and I received the check! No attempt was made WHATSOEVER to make things right!! I was so disgusted that after 4 bites I had to stop! The girl I was with told me shortly after I dropped her off and after I called corporate that not only did her stomach get upset but she threw up! They were going to send me coupons or a refund but when I told them it made her I'll that they refused to send the coupons. Why?? You correct the problem and go on with life!! We have eaten at this Pizza Hut several times and it has so far been delicious and very pleasant. Today it looked to me like it was a lot of talking, and honestly except for bringing us the utensils I only saw ONE person young girl prepping food. Other than that, NO ONE was maintaining the lunch bar, which is what we specifically went there for. I have not heard back from the RM but it was only 4-5 hours ago that we were there! -------------------- It's been about 2 months since I wrote the above review. I still have not heard from the store manager or corporate! Shows how much they care about their costumer service!!

Seems hit or miss whether you get good food or not. Late last year got a plain cheese that tasted like cardboard. But recently picked up food her for a friend and the stuffed crust pizza she ordered was very good. I usually get really slow service here. Bumped my review up to 3 stars because when I picked up my friend's order they were very prompt at bringing it out to the car and the woman who brought it out was nice.

This pizza hut good fast pace but the sauces horrible,waterdown. Understand it closeing nationwide 300 pizzahut but still this place announcement is not closeing down but is moving to a different location. Beside the fact the sauce should never be watery pleases fix that problem, I'd the franchise cant afford sauce then let customer know there is no extra sauce or hour out of sauce. Would give 5 stars but this pizzahut the sauce was no a good sign on the pizza or the dipping sauce.

This corporation doesn't really care about customer reviews, quality or safety. The staff was obviously short & over worked. The sign says "...wait to be seated"... only 1 table was occupied & after 10minutes of waiting to even being acknowledged another customer cut in front of us & 3 other people. 1 family just walked out. The pizza was barely ok. Old dried-out dough & too much sauce & cheese to cover it up, so it barely cooked right. The tables were dirty & had not seen soap for at least a month. Service was meh, but seeing how under staffed they were, we ordered our pizza before seated. Black mold on most of the ceiling air vents kinda freaked me out... but all & all it was a 'pleasant' experience 8-/ wonder when the last health inspection was.

I do enjoy pizza huts food, this restaurant though... My husband, daughter and I decided to sit down and enjoy a nice meal. We weren't greeted as we came in and we were seated without menus. The table wasn't wiped down, the carpet was disgusting. You could tell it not only needed to be vacuumed but a good shampooing wouldn't hurt either. There was no real waitstaff, we were waited on by a manager. He was friendly but you could tell they are shorthanded and too busy with take out to worry about dine-in service. And sadly, the salad bar wasn't opened, that's my daughters favorite. Take out here is the best choice, I won't dine-in again.

Update: just went here tonight and was impressed with the change. The staff were pleasant, our food was hot and ready, and the place was clean. Great job! . . Before last year this location was great. But for the last year or so we have had bad service, witnessed the employees on their phones, swearing at each other, not wearing gloves and plainly being unprofessional. Tonight was the last straw, and I will not return to that location the lady running the register was great, but the rest of the employees were so angry and unprofessional.
