Very accomadating when I went to buy flowers for my moms funeral. When I went to pick up one of my Rose's was broken so they gave me an extra dozen Rose's for free. Lovely place to go

I think that the pictures speak for themselves. I am so very sorry to the kind staff that tried to make this right but I truly needed these flowers today. I am shocked at what I anticipated and what showed up, very sad.

Called from Arizona, the lady told me over the phone that in some cases they may not have a certain flower but will put another in to substitute. The flowers I got look exactly like they did online, if not better!! The woman I spoke to was very sweet and helpful. Definelty happy with the service here! :)
