My mother had passed and I was having a very hard time and knew nothing about how to put together this service. Kathy and her crew went above and beyond handling the flowers for the memorial and the casket piece. The arrangements were breathtaking and my Mom would have loved them. The cost was way less than any quotes I had received for way less all over town! Customer for life! Thank you!!

BEWARE of BAIT & SWITCH POLICY BEWARE: Of Their BEWARE of BAIT & SWITCH ... I ordered a beautiful antiqued basket with beautiful purple flowers and a delightful plaid ribbon for an important Business Partner. What was delivered was Cheap Basket - Ribbon and Girly Pink Flowers... They must make a strong profit margin by switching. Stating that they can 'Substitute' does not make it Ethical!! Photo on Left is what we selected - Photo on right is what was received.

I'm so disappointed that my mother didn't recieve what I ordered for her on Mother's Day. They tried to 3 times because it was wrong!. I had sent a pic to my step father prior to the flowers being delivered. He saw what they tried to deliver and told them that wasn't what my step daughter ordered. They brought back another one and yet again, it wasn't right. The 3rd time... wrong again. I'll never order from them again. I ordered a basket... she recieved a tin. A TIN! I paid for a basket and she gets a tin! I couldn't be more disappointed! They messed up Mother's Day for me! They should be ashamed! Don't order from them unless you see before you buy and you pick it up! DO NOT ORDER ON LINE! You will be disappointed!

I paid extra for the most expensive arrangement. Was supposed to be Yellow roses and Yellow Orchids in a cut crystal vase. They delivered pink roses and white lillys in a plain, regular vase.

This place is a joke. My co workers husband pre ordered a roses and chocolates for her birthday, and only the roses made it to the office. when she called to see where the chocolates where they told her to wait until the next day because they’re very busy. So then they sent a random customer who doesn’t work for the company to deliver the chocolates he then offended my coworker by saying some remarkable words. With a hint of scarcasm. What scum! Then when she called to ask why the company did that the lady basically told her to kick rocks. What unprofessional unmannered scums. What a cherry on top for someone’s birthday. I’d give them -5 stars if I could. This company is soon to be out of business because of their horrible service! Disgusting....
