Serendipity Floral & Garden

The only reason I'm giving this even ONE star is because their employee Barbara kindly offered me a full refund in order to make up for the disappointing transaction I had with them. The recipient of my flower order told me that the flowers were delivered "dry" and looked "old". Also, the vase shown on their website wasn't the one that was sent, and I had specifically requested "No Substitutions".

My husband bought me flowers from this shop for Valentine's Day. It was the ugliest arrangement I've ever seen in my life.. There's not even a place to add water, they're stuck in Styrofoam. I only left two stars because after questioning him, he said the lady who helped him was very nice and my husband helped her put the arrangement together. She put a 'bow' on top of my bouquet that looked like an ugly twisted up vine and with the stems (with thorns!) cut off the roses and stuck in the arrangement like spikes sticking out all over the place. I don't know how someone in good conscience could have sold this arrangement to him, and charged $100+ for it! I hate the arrangement and I'm so angry it ruined my Valentine's day. Guys, do not waste your money at this shop for your Valentine!! They look like funeral flowers and I'm sure your wife will have your casket to go with it if you spend that kind of money to bring home one of their ugly arrangements.

I asked for colorful fluffy bouquet, then asked to look at a photo book. I said this looks nice and this one... picking very colorful wide arguments. florist finely said "why don't u let me make something for you" okay. 24hrs later I get nothing that I asked for. 4 pink, 4 yellow, 4 white roses some white filler "flowers" and lots of green filler. what I got was a white green flat bouquet. Gave too recipient unwrapped bow and tissue and more than some of the green filler fell off, as it was short and just laying on the tissue paper. I could have just gone to Costco or Walmart paid half to a third less for the same thing.

I used Serendipity Floral & Garden to send my boyfriend's mother birthday flowers and they did a wonderful job! They were very nice and helpful when I placed my order and knew exactly where I wanted the flowers to be delivered. I asked for tulips and other flowers that were in season and they made a beautiful bouquet! I highly recommend Serendipity Floral & Garden! I will definitely use them in the future.

I've purchased flowers from Serendipity a number of times, and every time I am stunned with the arrangements they put together. They also have a quaint little retail setup, and the Paper Moon card company is setup in the same shop, so you can get a couple of nice looking greeting cards at the same time. I have absolutely no complaints!!
