Every time I stop here I end up buying more than I came in for because the selection is amazing. The arrangements are beautiful and the flowers are fresh and last a long time.

My husband ordered me Christmas flowers as a surprise. Unfortunately I was at the grocery store when they arrived, so they left them on my porch. I was gone only an hour, but they had been left sitting in 19 degree weather for that hour. All the flowers were frozen/wilted immediately that day. $100 arrangement RUINED. I realize that sometimes they have to leave them, but hey, can you at least leave them in a plastic wrapper or something on really cold days? I mean, we pay like a $17 delivery fee and plastic is cheap.

I just placed an order from Australia. I spoke to Michelle who was exceptionally patient--even when I wanted a longer-than-normal note including the word "Herculean" . Michele was very efficient but warm and had a wonderful sense of humour. She guided me well on floral options and asked if I knew that if I had the flowers sent on Tuesday the delivery would be free (I didn't know that and appreciated it). I haven't seen the flowers but if they are half as nice as the fantastic service I received today I'm sure they'll be stunning. Thanks Michele.
