Flower Bucket

I never received my Mother's day flowers! First delivery attempt I was not home, they wanted to charge me $10 to come out again. I said no thank you, they they changed it to they would charge the person that sent the flowers, I said no thank you again, then they suddenly had another delivery and would be by. Well they came out, never got out of the car, claimed my gate was locked (it hasn't been locked in over 20 years that I've lived here, never had a problem using a DIFFERENT FLORIST!) put a tag in the mail box and then that was that. Remember that the person delivering earlier did go into the same gate and put the tag on my door. I was here when they arrived the second time but no idea because they never came to the gate and certainly never entered the gate to come to the house! They had permission to leave the flowers also if I wasn't here, BUT I WAS HERE. Argued with my daughter who had to go in person to try and figure out what was going on, they still had my flowers in the shop, not to be delivered now a day late. My daughters thought the arrangement in the shop was horrible and not at all what they ordered, the original order they were told they didn't have, so then they ordered color specific flowers which is still not what I was going to get. I really have no idea since I never received them. I did get beautiful flowers however, they came from Food Maxx and they were a lot less expensive and they were hand delivered by a daughter so in the end, I had better than the rip off from Flower Bucket that would have been delivered who knows when and not what was ordered to begin with.

So the day before Valentine's day I stop by this place to pick out my arrangement. Of course everything was priced a bit higher than normal since it's v-day. Well I paid extra for the delivery and I ensured to ask if it would be delivered on v-day. Well it's flipping v-day, and they were never delivered. I called twice before noon and was advised it would be delivered in an hour or two. I think to myself that's not bad. Well 3pm hits and I haven't heard from my girl, so I call back and they again ensured me it would delivered. I wait to get off at 4:30pm and go in person to the shop and they advised me to wait until 5pm. I reminded them that it was going to a state building and it would be closed at 5pm. So I wait until 5pm and I call my girl and she advised she never received a thing. I go in and request a refund which they do but now I have to find another place to get flowers. I understand its a busy day but I'm definitely never doing business with this place ever again. Trust me, I should have looked at the reviews.

This company doesn’t even deserve a start but I had to put something too at least wrote a review . My girls at work ordered me flowers for my birthday to surprise me at work and they were promised that the flowers would be delivered in the morning. At 12 o’clock the flowers have a not arrived. The girls called the shops and was told that they were on their way. Three hours later the flower show up and were the most ugliest disgusting arrangement of flowers I have ever seen. You could have went to Walmart and got a better bouquet for way less than half the price then what was shown when they deliver them to the office. These girls spent almost $70 on this arrangement for it to come not as what was shown in the online website and hours late. The next day the girls were told that they would be delivered to my house in the morning they were not. My coworker asked to speak to the manager to see if she could get a discount due to the fact that they were not delivered on time and they were not delivered on the day that they paid for. The manager called back and basically told us that due to the hospital we worked for and she did it like the hospital we worked at that she purposely did all of this . We ended up hopefully getting a refund and not even getting the flowers at all. I would never go back to this place.

We ordered flowers to be delivered, we had issues getting them delivered, they told us they would be delivered that morning, the didn’t show up until after 4, when they did show up the flowers smelled of smoke, were the WRONG arraignment, we spoke with them and they said they’ll will bring the correct ones back the next day, I never heard from them so I contacted them, I speak to the manager and ask for a discount because of all the issues we are having and she tells me no. She states she has issues with my company, so I ask is that why we are having issues, and to just reimburse me. She states she won’t step foot in our company because we killed her mother, and hangs up the phone. I would never recommend this company.

No flwers for mother's day. I was gone 1st attempt they wanted to chargeme $10 to come again I said no so they said they would charge sender I said no so then suddenly they had another delivery and would come. Second attempt did not try gate claimed it was locked which it had never been in over 20 years and my daughter had to go in to shop and no resolution and the flowers were not what they ordered anyway terrible customer service.
