This was probably one of the better hotels I stayed at. The room was clean, the climate control worked great. The people at the front desk was helpful and friendly. I stayed on the very top floor with a great view and it was quiet. I'm definitely staying here again and the most important part, the cookies were warm!Rooms: 5/5
Clean rooms, great location, and good breakfast. But the service is on another level; all of the staff I interacted with were courteous, professional, prompt, and attentive, and I could tell they all took the extra effort to make every guest's stay the best possible. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.Rooms: 5/5
Most amazing trip and hotel experience since 2019! This hotel does it right!! No excuses for the pandemic. Food, fun, and especially the staff are great! not a negative vibe in the place. Travel for work can be stressful. The staff at DT Manchester alleviated that for sure! Thank you for a most memorable trip and conference. Great location for downtown activities within walking distance. We did a team building experience at an escape room! recommended by staff.
I’m going to start with service, for the most part the service was 5 star, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and kind. However, for this price range I was expecting a lot more! Our room was below average compared to surrounding hotels that we’ve stayed at, ceilings were low, things were crammed, the photos online were extremely misleading. Our rooms toilet seat broke off and was missing pieces of hardware that should’ve been there to keep it in place maintenance fixed this very quickly our showers door didn’t close for some reason, so the bathroom floor was soaked whenever we showered, the bathroom tiles became dangerously slippery when wet. The water temperature control in the shower didn’t work correctly and stayed very hot most of the time. There were weird colored spots on the ceiling above our shower, poor patch work around the room in the ceiling and walls. Those are little things but again, at the price point. The lobby had towels spread throughout due to water leaking into the building I’m assuming. At the end of our stay we stripped our bed and got the room ready to make things easier on housekeeping. I found a weird stain on my pillow of what looked like dried blood or some sort of dark colored food, along with somebody else’s hair… I mentioned this at checkout and the lady at the desk just kind of blew it off….
Very over rated. Restaurant is nice. You will not get the rooms you order. Those are only in the pictures and for advertisement purposes. That is right. We picked this hotel because of the walk in showers they wore advertising. Nope, we got the regular bath tub shower. I consider that they are lying to people about what they are selling. Will not be staying again.
Came for the 20th anniversary granite state comic convention. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. There was a buffet breakfast for an additional charge but kids ate free, and it was very good. Very convenient to be staying right above the convention. Got a room with a king bed, and it had a couch with a pull out mattress in it as well. Which worked well for our family of 5.
I have been to many conferences here over the years. Excellent location close to home so I never have stayed overnight. The food is always so tasty and plentiful. And I find often more healthy then at some other conferences.Location: 5/5
My husband and I were in town for an event and stayed one night at the DOUBLETREE BY HILTON MANCHESTER DOWNTOWN. This hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are clean and spacious. Location is excellent, close to restaurants and stores. Staff at checkin and hotel bar are friendly and efficient. There was an incident during our stay that was completely out of the control of the hotel staff. Chuck the manager dealt with the situation with absolute professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our stay. We would definitely return and recommend this hotel to our peers. Chuck, if you are reading this- “thank you” for your time and dedication to you job. Hilton is lucky to have you representing them.
Rude staff, crumbling and dirty facilities, overpriced rooms. You will need to pay for parking $14 a day and there is no free breakfast, and to make coffee in your room you will have to brave a dirty keurig. Maybe this place is undergoing renovations or something, because I was really blown away by how dingy everything was dirty room carpet, shower head nearly coming out of the tile, cracked elevator buttons. The gentleman who checked me in, Avery, was practically whispering and I had to ask him to speak louder several times. He handed me the key and didn't ask if I needed help with my bags, didn't even point me to where the elevators are or what floor my room was on! It was a really bad start to my vacation and unfortunately things did not get better from there. There are plenty of better priced hotels located nearby, stay at one of those!!
This is a great Hotel to stay at if you wanted to explore Manchester. Headliners Comedy Show was the funniest show, we laugh hard. The room, The bars and the staff were all great. Thank YouRooms: 5/5
