Improper English. Room with 2 doubles, means a room with 2 double beds. I said I booked 2 queen beds. & she just repeated herself until I said I'll look at the room. Yes, 2 queen beds. Cleanliness to be desired. Brown scrapeable spots in the tub. Room looked tethered. No phone. We only spent 1 night. When we left around 11:00 a.m. push the button to go down, & the cleaning ladies just look at us, don't make room, & barely says up, & closes the door. Nice huh? & no gluten free options for a less than metiacore continental breakfast. No fruit? Coffee was awful.

Worst service and worst rooms there is no heather and its -6 temperature. He changed the room even it has same thing here it's not working. My entire USA this is worst or waste motel I ever had in my life. Please do not recommend or don't book.Rooms: 1/5

We had a great time at this hotel! Our room was very clean and well equipped. The staff was friendly and helped us a lot with our requests. Also, the gentleman at the reception was very welcoming and gave great suggestions on where to visit while we in NH. The check-in was quite easy. The location is a little bit loud due to being close to an airport, however it is not that far by car to restaurants and stores. We would love to come back in the future!

Been here 2-3 times now and horrible every time. Only hotel that makes ya feel like a homeless dope fiend no matter who you are. Now that's skill. Especially since that's the entire staff!Rooms: 2/5

Well it is a converted factory, so that aspect was to be expected. I had three problems with my room. First while it was supposed to be a non-smoking floor a couple of the guests decided that did not apply to them and their recreational marijuana. So my sinuses were not very happy. The second issue was because my room was at the end of the hall it took almost 15 minutes to get hot water to the bathroom. The last problem was one side of the bed felt broken down and the other side felt like a brick, so getting comfortable was not easy.
