Stayed for a weekend getaway over Nov 4-6/2022. When we arrived was told by the desk clerk who was there all weekend unfortunately that there would be no weekend cleaning or maid service. Her attitude was not that pleasant, and almost rude. Asked if she had my gold Marriott number, and she said that because I booked through a third party only because it was cheaper, she could not help me. The next morning garbage was lining the hall outside the rooms as well as the front door as the bins were full. Upon leaving asked for a copy of my bill, and the clerk refused. I insisted, and finally got one. I know people have bad days, but Springhill is doing themselves no favours by having her represent them. In Marriott's mission statement it reads "to enhance the lives of our customers, by creating and enabling unsurpassed vacation and leisure experiences". This hotel falls well short of this and should be addressed immediately.
We stayed in the hotel before our trip. It was fine but fairly dirty. We then decided to leave our car there and pay per night. When we got back after a long day of travel it took them an hour and many calls for them to come pick us up. Every time they said someone was in there way. If they had just said it would be an hour we would have gotten a cab there. They shouldn’t run an airport parking service if they don’t have a system to pick people up. It seems like kind of a scheme. It’s also not much cheaper than just parking at the airport, which would have saved us the hour of waiting.
Staff was super friendly. I got to the hotel about an hour early and asked if I could do an early check in and they were very accommodating. The room was nice and the water pressure was great! Wish I stayed here longer!
I stayed two separate nights, two different rooms. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were mostly clean, I found more hair than I prefer on our second stay. They may need a better vacuum? Nearby activities: Many restaurants and activities close by. Including a mall Food & drinks: Free breakfast, limited in offerings but great if you want to save money on a meal.
Stayed here for a quick overnight while travelling through NH to RI. Comfortable hotel with large and clean rooms; well-located next to Manchester airport and very close to the Mall of NH. Facilities are good, with a small pool and gym area. Breakfast was a zoo, there were several groups raiding the buffet and the one -very uninterested- staff member could not keep up with restocking.
The rooms are always satisfactory. I love the indoor pool and hot tub! The breakfast is definitely my favorite. The location is great,Rooms: 4/5
Rooms were nice. Just a heads up to anyone looking to stay here. There seems to be some renovation going on. Was shocked at how high the room rates were. Surprisingly a little more expensive than the Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel. Only using this hotel as a reference since I recently stayed there and it is also next to an airport.
Good overnight stay. Room was clean and nice. There was just one person manning the front and breakfast lounge, but she was on top of it and didn’t complain at all. It’s nice to see hard working people who cares about their customers.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, enjoyable hot breakfast and small but clean well kept pool the kids really enjoyed it! The only problem we had on the 1st night was a car alarm went off at 5am and continued going off for several hours. The next morning at 8am we had workers right under our window being loud spraying mulch. On our last two days the elevator broke down. I would stay there again with my family i think our experience was unfortunate but not everyone would experience the same.
