I always hate when hotels make the breakfast start time later on weekends. Although this hotel stated 7am breakfast on Sunday, it was ready in time for our 6:45am departure! It's always a better day when you start with a good breakfast! Great hotel, warm welcoming staff. 5 stars all around!Rooms: 5/5
My first room smelled like musty dogs. The second room was better but had a bright light shining in between the curtains. The third room doesn’t have the king bed I booked, but smells fine and is on a higher floor with no light streaming in. However, the A/C wasn’t working well. It was set to 68 but the room was hot and the A/C unit was straining. I pulled out the filters and they were filthy, so I had to rinse them off in the shower. Seems better now, but come on… also, the elevator was really dirty. The woman at the front desk, Camryn, was super friendly and accommodating though she found and returned my hat too! EDIT: This morning I realized that the comforters on the beds don’t have covers and are badly stained. One of the stains is crunchy and there’s no way the comforter was washed. Gross. Absolutely disgusting. Dropped the room score to 1 star and the overall review to 2 stars.
Visiting from CT, we settled on a hotel we hoped was a good choice. We were pleasantly surprised with the great location of this hotel. The staff throughout our whole experience was okay. They listened to our feedback, although it was negative. The room we stayed in was the worst room I have ever been in my life. The first thing I noticed upon entering the room and having to use the bathroom, there was poop on the toilet seat. I had to race to my suitcase to get the "hero" sani-wipes I packed that saved our lives! I cleaned the seat and was thankful to finally relieve myself. I couldn't believe it, but it was only the beginning of a nightmare! As I looked around the bathroom, the big splat of blood on the wall near my face was hard not to notice! The stained water drips all over that went from the ceiling to the floor was unsightly. No fan in the bathroom either which was puzzling. As I unpacked my suitcase, and hung clothes up, there was a molded bath mat on the shelf above. I wanted to barf at this point. I attempted to shower and had to wash down someone else's body hair so I could clean myself up. I just could not believe the condition of this place. At this point, the only positive was that I did not see any bugs after scouring the bed and room! I was annoyed but we were only staying 1 night so I got through it. Thank God I brought my own pack of wipes! I was cleaning everything! When night time came and we finally went to bed, more blood on the comforter. What the heck! And to think I told a lady at the front desk that night about everything AND the man checking us out and only thing they said was "it was unacceptable". Not to mention they needed a $100 unknown deposit to stay in this room! I could not believe it! I was almost going to forfeit breakfast which was a plus to us going to this hotel. We decided to see what that looked like. The lady handling the food was very nice and attentive to keeping up on cleaning. The food and her service was the best thing going. Although we loved the location, I will never go back to that hotel again!
Great breakfast, including hot eggs/ omelet and sausage/Canadian bacon, waffles, etc. Wide variety of dairy and non-dairy milk, including chocolate and regular milk, soy both regular, chocolate, dark chocolate. Comfortable bed, clean room, great for a night stay.Rooms: 5/5
room was dirty. microwave was only available at icemaker stations on 2, 3 and 4th floor, not in room. 2 and 3 floor was also where bulk trash bags were stored... did not see 4th floor. but it was a gross place to prep food while on the road. bathroom wallpaper looked like someone had been shot inside bathroom. possible bedbugs on mattress. I basically live in marriott hotels 90% of my nights and this was one of the worst.... i dont usually write reviews, but this one is so bad it shouldnt be a marriott hotel. to be fair to hotel, the staff was nice and breakfast was better than some... but i wouldnt stay here agian.
Close to work for when I don't want to stay at a property my corporate owners manage. Staff are amazing and rooms have a 70s Marriott feel which I've come to love with the Fairfield brands in the area. I know I can request a late check out and no one will knock on that door til after it's time to check out. Nearby activities: Casino Walkability: You can walk to food or entertainment

This hotel is super convenient for an early morning airport trip. The bed was very comfortable and the hallways quiet.Rooms: 5/5
We were not greeted on arrival as the desk clerk was playing on his phone and seated behind the desk where you could barely see him. The toilet seat in the bathroom was loose. The breakfast was ok but the set up didn't flow easily.Rooms: 3/5
One room has blood all over the bathroom. Nothing was cleaned. The bed was dirty as well. Asked for a new room. That room was worse. Bed bugs galore. Asked for another room and finally 3 xs the charm got a decent room. Also they charge you extra for being local. 350 room hold for a 75 dollar room. Pretty sure that's discrimination against locals. They didn't comp us for anything. The staff and hotel are trash.
