Dr Lipperd and his staff are exceptional! I’m a longtime patient and cannot imagine using anyone else! Dr Lipperd is a true healer! I feel like he really listens and takes the extra steps to provide true medical care. I’ve seen Rick Robinson also and he too is very thorough and has always helped me get well. The front desk ladies are always so friendly and caring with smiles to greet you! The nurses and lab tech are excellent. This practice is about health and wellness and they work with you every way possible to help you get well!!! I recommend them to anyone that wants to get well!

I have been a patient since June of 2011. Dr Lipperd and his staff are the best. The ladies at the front desk always welcome you with a smile. The nurses care so much for us and Dr Lipperd is by far the best. He is personable and truly cares for his patients. I don’t ever feel rushed or hurried when I go in for an appt.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lipperd’s for over 15 years. I love the clinic and all of the wonderful employees who work there. Special shout out to his great CMAs, Cetera, Kendra, Latonya and Felicia who are always so helpful and kind. Also to their A-Team at the front desk, Ty, Michelle and Kim, the best! Never a long wait and using their patient portal, MyChart, makes scheduling appointments, requesting refills and reviewing lab results seamless! The absolute best!

Scheduled an appointment, provided all my updated insurance info, arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment, was told that I need to remain in the car due to cough. Parked, called the office to check in, was told that I would be considered as a new patient, since it has been over 3 years from my last visit. Due to my cough symptom was tested and covid negative I cannot come in and they don’t do drive through appointments for new patients, even though I’m not a new patient. So I cannot see the doctor. I was told the appointment was done by mistake and nobody even offer to reschedule, I guess when I don’t have any symptoms of anything I can go see a doctor

I have seen Dr. Lipperd for almost 15 years. I wouldn’t normally leave a doctor review but after reading some recent negative reviews I felt it was necessary. I have experienced nothing short of the highest level of care from Dr. Lipperd and entire staff. They are always friendly, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable and I have never doubted the care I have received. It’s simply not possible that the things written in the negative reviews I read could a true.

My husband and I started using Dr. Lipperd last year, and neither of us could be more pleased. I am a retired nurse, and I have honestly never met a more pleasant and capable physician. He is the first doctor I've seen in a long time that actually seems to thoroughly enjoy seeing and taking good care of his patients. What a concept!! If you don't know already, it truly is a rarity these days. His staff is also exceptional, always very kind and helpful. Rare also! I almost find myself wanting to keep my secret.

Dr. Lipperd has been my general physician for a few years now and I can honestly say that he cares more than most that I have been to. I have horrible and frequent migraines and have been to more specialists than I care to count, and none found anything that worked for me. I was BEYOND surprised and ecstatic to have my general physician figure out what would help me. He is incredibly considerate and thorough. If you are looking for a doctor that cares about YOU and your specific needs, I highly recommend Dr. Lipperd.

What a wonderful physician...caring, listening, delightful personality. And Dr. Lipperd doesn't run all kinds of tests if they aren't warranted. Office staff is great - respond to calls, requests for prescription refills, etc. Easy to schedule an appointment, and they actually respect your time and schedule well. Truly doesn't get better this for a primary physician!

I love how quickly I can get in and out of Dr. Lipperd's office, while also feeling like he was attentive and careful to listen to my concerns/symptoms. Dr. Lipperd is professional and friendly, and I always feel as though my health is top priority. Nurses are wonderful. Cannot recommend this office enough!

Every member of my family has seen Dr. Lipperd for at least 7 years! We can always count on getting in quickly. Office is never crowded and he does his best to get you in and out. Location is so convenient and he goes above and beyond to meet the needs of each patient! Thanks for caring for our family with excellence!
