Bad place to live. All trailer parks have trouble makers. Wouldn't live there if I was paid.

A nice trailer park in Dover, good size lots and nice playground

Sister lives there. Nice place! Lot Rent goes up every year. I think that is ridiculous. Maybe instead of every year, maybe every 5 years. But it is a friendly neighborhood, most keep grass cut looking very nice. Children playing, which I enjoy hearing their laughs and fun they're having.
