Parkview RV Center

We purchased new RV from them in 2016. At that time we were told we would have priority for service since it was purchased from them. In April we discovered a leak in the LP gas line that could have been disastrous. We called them to see if they had a line in stock and we were told “yes.” When we get there, they tell us they don’t have it so we left it for the repairs. They told us they would order the part. It took them 2 weeks to order the part and another 2 weeks to get the part in. Now it’s been over a month and we keep getting the run around about when the work will be completed. We have a paid trip Memorial Day weekend and no one can seem to give us a definite answer. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT take your RV to them for service. They won’t initiate contact and when you contact them, they don’t have answers for you. Buyer Beware!!!!!

I purchased a Winnebago Travato from another dealer but had a warranty issue arise on one of my trips south. Marcy was incredibly helpful with taking care of the problem. The part was ordered and I was able to wait for the repairs to be completed on the day I dropped it off. Although they don’t carry the type of RV I wanted, when it’s time to upgrade I’ll definitely head to Parkview. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant experience.

We purchased a travel camper that was used but very nice and clean asking for a spare tire was told we would get one still waiting for it this was back in November of 2017!

Fairly good selection. Able to look around without being harassed by salesman. But they are available when you have questions.

Love Parkview RV! Just bought our second Lance trailer from them. They are the best!!!
