Dave Conrad did not tell the truth about a lot of promises but, Neff was very helpful and will go out of his way to help you even when he’s not on the clock, he is the only reason for a 2 star.

I found and go here because the NJ branch we bought from is a disgrace and will never go there again. This DE branch is great. Friendly and accountable. When was the last time you could say that about business!! I bring the RV and every time they do things correctly or communicate the situation and work to fully resolve it. I have the highest level of confidence in this place as they know how to communicate and do not just ignore this customer. When is time to trade up, they will be the first stop.
