Great experience! Very nice staff! My dog gets groomed there and they have always done a nice job.

Stayed in STL for the weekend. Downtown Dogs was great to work with. Hugo had a great time and couldn't have been happier. Would recommend this place to both locals and travelers.

We are so thankful to have such a great place to take our dog for grooming and daycare so close to home! The management and crew are stellar. We did have one bad experience with a groomer not completing his work (he is no longer employed there) and we were more than taken care of when the manager discovered the issue. There's no way I would take my dog anywhere else. She is always happy to spend a day here, and always comes home happy and well cared for.

Excellent doggy daycare. The staff are friendly, and my dog loves them. They have gone out of their way to take care of my dog there, and I love that all of them know her name and personality. Highly recommended.

Awesome Care....Mr Nugget Gold had a wonderful time playing with all the dogs. He is a 1 1/2 year old Springer Spaniel and was fluffed and buffed after a 5 day stay. He road from SC to Saint Louis then on to IL. He had such a great time there he slept all the way to IL. We are very pleased with the care and attention he received. I will definitely drop him off there again. It's nice to know about a place that LOVES your baby and is Extremely clean. Thank You all for taking Awesome care of our Nugget.
