Paws For Play

The staff is very friendly and professional. It is a great atmosphere for the dogs to play and have fun with caring supervision. Paws For Play is the only place I will take my beloved dog.

We had an issue with empty water bowls. We pick up our dog from day camp at different times in the afternoon and on 4 separate occasions the water bowls were empty where our dog was playing. We brought it up to the staff and they assured that it would be taken care of. When it continued to happen we decided to look for a new place for day camp and explained the issue to the staff on site. Management called back the next morning indicating they did not have any issues and insisted the correct procedures were in place. No investigation was done into the issue other than attempting to call our concern bogus and explained the correct way a customer should voice a complaint. Management was more concerned with their reputation running the day camp than on listening and looking into ways to resolve a major problem. If employees are not following procedure then the design of the procedure does no good. Management is responsible for making sure procedure is appropriately being followed. Dog day care places need to make sure water is available for all dogs at all times. While employees cannot be responsible for forcing dogs to stay hydrated, water needs to be made available. I do not believe the issue has been properly handled and I have concerns that other dogs do not have water available at all times during the day.

Absolutely love this place!! Dogs are always well taken care of , from playing ball to plenty of water for them to drink and play in during the summer. Thank you paws for play staff for being so amazing at what you do🤗😁👍👍👍👍👍
