Dr. Benjamin Klibanoff

How is this place has five stars from people I will never know. I've been a patient here for 3 years and every year customer service gets worse and worse, don't get me wrong the doctors are okay no issue there but the rest of workers there are the worst I've ever seen within the industry. Specifically that huge women on front desk "attending" phone calls. Oh and by the way me describing her as huge is putting it mildly I can just go on and on about that woman she's rude on the phone she's rude and person and if she noticed that you don't like her she will make you're waiting time or situation worse like I said I can go on and on she's the worst if I was the manager here I will replace everybody and a blink of an eye because they're more interested on what's going on on Facebook then what's going on in their workplace therefore completely forget about their customers and customer service overall never coming here again.
