Whether you have an appointment or your picking up glasses expect to wait 30-45 min while the employees finish their side conversations. They dont call you anymore when your glasses are ready for pick up. 3 other patients were waiting for pick ups and no one acknowledged them or apologized for the long wait time. Won't be coming back and I suggest anyone find another place for their eye exams and glasses/contacts

Called last minute for an eye exam because glasses broke and prescription expired. They took me in the same day I called. Awesome selection in eyewear.

Friendly staff. Always make sure everything is good before you leave. and make appointments on your convince.

Staff is culturally bias, but Dr Pukl is amazing. She is knowledgeable and caring, so I continue to go back.

Overpriced frames, bring your own, paid over double in retail value buying a pair of glasses. Seriously overbooked, slow careless staff. The doctors are nice though, but w.e. accepts insurance.
