Dragon Palace Chinese Restaurant

The food was good, however, my second plate of food was riddled with long black hair. When I told the waitress she was VERY rude and told me that it could have come from anywhere and that it was a buffet and it could have come from someone getting food. I felt totally disrespected. I would think that she would want to know that there was hair in the food they were serving NO MATTER WHERE it came from. How dare her speak to me in the manner. I literally almost cried, she was so rude to me. All o did was show her hair in my food I didn’t deserve to be treated like this. Anyway that would treat a customer like this should be ashamed of themselves and they should reconsider their line of business. Food establishments have health and safety standards, obviously this waitress does not understand this.

New portion: Seems like the food quality has gone downhill in the past year or so. Also had a long hair in one of my crab Rangoon. Not sure what to think now. Old portion: Dragon Palace is one of our favorite Chinese joints in the QCs. My wife likes their rice noodles. I have toyed around with multiple dishes on their menu and still haven't found one I love. They are always very helpful though, often allowing me to make changes in order for me to have what I want. I like their buffet.

Great place to eat if you like fresh, Buffet is a little small but the hostest Steph is awesome always smiling very friendly staff. Just a great little place to eat.

The food and service here is always fantastic for a reasonable price. The buffet is smaller; however, the food comes out regularly and fresh. If it's ever low, the staff is very accommodating to replace it if you ask. I enjoy take out or dining in Either way, the food is great and full of flavor. My favorites are the Fried Pot stickers and Hot Braised Shrimp.
