Great views! Drinks are pricy but it’s NYC so it’s expected. Happy Hour food was good. Unfortunately we were told of special after we had already ordered a food item. Manager was very nice! I’d go again if he was working.
The location is perfect of this hotel! it is central to everything and you can walk everywhere! We had a clean and comfortable room. The hotel had a lot of fun activities and events happening every night. Loved the rooftop and game room! Would stay here again!
Mike at the front desk was incredible from the moment I was greeted. He was so friendly and offered to get me checked in a full 3 hours before actual check-in! He really came through and was a joy to be around. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. Would definitely stay here again!
The rooms are ridiculously small. Hallway smelled like mold and was musty. Quality of the rooms are okay, but the size of the room ruins it. Rooftop is tiny and overrated. Service at front desk is great!
