Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel

You are definitely in the middle of the City. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. However, still no perks for the Bonvoy crowd. Not even a cup of coffee. Boston is taking care of the business traveler. Just not NYC yet. Thus only a 4 star experience.

Nice place to rest your head. There checkout time is not crazy early like some other places. room was very clean, We came back everyday after sightseeing to a cleaned and restocked room. Staff was very friendly, and even with covid we managed to get breakfast in the lobby one morning..

Excellent customer service. James and Fish went out of their way to provide amazing customer care. They facilitated our visit to MOMA and made our New York visit wonderful and memorable. Many thanks to James and Fish!!

Excellent hotel perfectly positioned for a great Manhattan experience. I took the opportunity to walk up to Central Park and Times Square is just a few quick steps away. The rooms are very nice and the hotel has all the amenities you could ask for! Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice hotel, clean and spotless. The rooms are very spacious and the staff is accommodating and friendly. Definitely worth staying and great time and experience. Surely will be back.
