Nice hotel, clean, bright with very good service. Great proximity to Times Square, Central Park and many other must-see places.
Based on other reviews there are some good rooms. I didn't get that room. The room I received is outdated and dirty. The chair was broken. The check and and checkout process is horrible slow. Last, while I was going to by room there was NYPD evicting someone and they are commonly in the lobby. This seems to be a pattern.
Dirty rooms and bathroom. Carpet old and dirty. The TV and night lights not working. Furniture is old and worn out. I only give 2 stars because of the great location.
