Location was great. Rooms were just okay nothing special and small. No fridge for guest use in the rooms. An elaborate fridge full of overpriced alcohol and bottled water/juices was available in the room though.
5 star rating in every category. Hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in this country. This was my first time in New York and experiencing the big city. The entire staff here at the Sheraton was very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend staying here. Great location, great people.
The hotel and hotel staff were great. They have great daily housekeeping service as well. A comfortable place to stay that is not so expensive and will deliver what is needed. The entire staff here at the Sheraton was very accommodating and friendly.
One of the only Hotels open. Staff is great, location is right in the heart of Time Square easy walk to Rockefeller Center, Central Park you name it
