This store is jammed packed full of every sports brands. Everything and anything you can think of. The employees are very nice and very helpful. The store is very clean, organized and easy to find what your looking for. If you show you giant eagle rewards card you use to get a 5% discount

If you ever was to go into a store and be completely ignored, this is the place. Good luck getting help or even a hello when. You walk in. The staff is useless. You could get help from a different store in the same stripmall easier, and have them come into Dunham's to help you. Horrible customer service.

I could not find what I was looking for as I was leaving the sales rep that was busy training a new rep, stopped and asked if he could help me find something. He then trained the new person on what to do when you don't know the answer. The manager inevitably came to help me. But I left feeling satisfied.
