Dunkin'

Excellent dunkin. Lady working was super nice. A little pricey but that’s ok. The cold foam cold brew thing was some of the best coffee I’ve ever had.

This morning staff was amazing. We had a very big order 7 dozen for a meeting this morning and not only did they take care of us quickly, they informed us we could call ahead so it would be ready for pick up. They were so nice and helpful. It was very appreciated!

Donuts were not fresh and a bit stale a couple of times but everything else top notch. Their breakfast sandwiches were lacking nothing. They are big full and fresh. The bagel is big and thick. The croissant was large and flaky. The rye bread is a taste different but still delicious. The service is too tier and always friendly.Food: 4/5

The owners are always kind. I come here 4x a month sometimes 5. The younger staff could be more professional. Touching their cell phones, one had colored braids and was scratching her scalp no gloves and did not wash her hands. I cancelled my order and left that time. One was sitting on a dirty milk crate taking drive-thru orders, handling cards, money without gloves. Please speak to employees about the importance of wearing a mask, gloves when handling food.

Normally I have a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. But today I was having a particularly hard day and hen was working at the counter. She was so kind and welcoming and helpful ancourteous. It was such a pleasant experience that I will definitely be back just due to her. I hope someone recognizes her skill and talent and gives her some sort of raise or promotion because out of all the people have met here. AND the ONLY one that me the way a customer should be treated respectfully and with dignitary.

These people are wonderful! We were there for a Dr appointment across the street so me and the kids went to get a donut. For some reason my card wasn't working so they gave my kids a donut. They didn't have to do that but they did. I will always visit here when I'm in town!Food: 5/5

Under new management. Know one knows what they are doing. Then the young woman who is the sup or something has an attitude or a problem with a customer being upset for not getting what they paid for. They blame it all on Dunkin, but It’s Them.

They lie about their prices!!! The price I paid was a dollar more than what was listed behind the counter! When I pointed it out the employee just said, "Oh, that's been up there awhile. I don't have anything to do with it." Of course, the manager wasn't there. I want to know how long ago the prices went up and they haven't bothered to change the sign??? Very poor management!!! I feel like I shoukd have been charged the advertised price. Photo shows prices - 25 munchkins $6.49 and I was charged $7.49 plus tax.

Early Sunday morning for breakfast this one of the only open places in town , if you don't know the city. Great staff fast service and a good location to still enjoy the downtown area. See you guys again when I come to B Ham

Didn't have all I wanted, but the 2 ladies that served me were pleasant and accommodating. Thank you for great customer service.
