I told them my name was Wright and they Labeled mine Blake. It was 30 minutes with them looking at me all judgemental like before they asked me what I had. 40$ and I wait 30 minutes. Won't make them make that mistake again. Make them repeat back your order and name, no matter how inconvenient it is for those 15$ an hour employees, 39$ metal cups, and 10$ coffees.
They always do such a great job here, this is probably one of the best Starbucks I've been to, guys keep up the great service I definitely appreciate it!
The little boy at the cash register couldnt believe i want a plain medium cup of coffee. Nothing in it. Just black. I asked him to give me 2 splenda packs and some cream. So he proceeds to add the splenda and cream. I stopped him and said i didnt ask him to do that. I said i wanted it plain. I would add those as i wanted. So he throws that cup away. Hands me an overful spilling over hot black cup of coffee. I had to pour out some to even add cream because it was running over, then had to use alot of napkins to clean up the spilled coffee . So that 3.25 cup of coffee, probably cost then .50 with the cup, cream, splenda, and the 15 napkins i used really cost them a customer. I know good help is hard to find, but they need to re evaluate who they let deal with customers. I still cant believe they charge 3.25 for a cup of plain black coffee.

They are closed for over an hour in the middle of the day on Saturday from around 230 and still closed at 4. My dad wanted a coffee which was recommended by nurses to stimulate his heart after surgery and we are not able to get it because they're closed. Really inconvenient to see two employees in there just deciding to close with a note on the door. Hope they're enjoying their break!

First let me say, I’m appalled at any mediocrity from this Starbucks location. So, I order a drink and the main ingredient, peach, is left out of the drink. This has happened before, another location, with a different response, so I take the incorrect unflavored EXPENSIVE drink back. Yes, I’m an employee there, on my lunch, 10 mins wait to get it, walked back to lunch area, 5 mins walk back to Starbucks. I’m in line to return the drink and I’m asked, “what you need?”. I respond, “the peach is missing”, front worker responds, “We don’t take drinks back and we can’t replace it”. WHAT? You left an ingredient out and you can’t replace it? This is the first time I have EVER experienced this from Starbucks. We can give you some peach to put in it. Really? You can? Ridiculous
Went there to get my grandmother a hot coffee after my grandfather had a stroke. Very disappointed in the shift supervisor Alex! He made her coffee and I noticed it was barely half full. I went back and nicely asked for it to be filled and showed the cashier. Alex was standing there and was rude to.me about it. I apologized and stated I didn't want to be rude but it was literally half full. He poured milk on top to fill it and I left. She said it was ok, and wasn't hot. I'm accustomed to amazing service at Starbucks, they fell short today. Also there was a total of 4 customers in there including me.
