Dunkin'

I have been very disappointed in this location lately. The donuts are never fresh. I went and got munchkins this morning and they tasted awful. You could tell they were days old and been refrigerated. So many donut stores around Birmingham area that have fresh donuts made daily.

I was a regular at this location. Two separate times I ordered on the app and arrived to the store to find the inside closed. Everyone was forced through the long and slow drive through. The first time I left so I wouldn't be late to work and lost the money I spent on the app. The second time I waited. When I voiced my concern about not being able to cancel an app order the man at the window was extremely RUDE. He was argumentative and dismissive of my concerns. I will NEVER return to this location again!!! There are plenty of other options in town that I'm sure will appreciate my business. Don't waste your money at this location.

I came here after an 11 hour drive because I was staying at the motel next to it and god… just no.. totally ruined my last shred of good mood I had left. I asked for 10 donut holes and as the girl started grabbing them she made a face so I asked if they were bad or hard and she said “uh… you wanna try one?” Then the next girl came over and said “duh.. they’re donut holes the glaze makes them hard”… ok dude thanks for that. So now I have rocks with glaze on them

The one staff member was sitting in the lobby with her legs up talking to herself. The staff member who finally took my order literally stood there staring at me without greeting me or asking what she could do for me. I finally spoke, giving her my order. Then when my order was ready, again, she didn't speak one utterance of sound nevermind words to me. smh Went back again & the manager is sitting in the lobby talking very loudly on the phone. Whether personal or business, he should know better than to be creating that kind of atmosphere inside the restaurant.

Absolutely atrocious customer service from the store manager CHARLIE! Ordered a hot chocolate and latte on Christmas Day on the app because it showed they were open. It charged my credit card and they were closed when I arrived. The store manager refused to refund when I called the 26th and then hung up on me. I came to the store and he badgered me, said there was nothing he could do no voucher, store credit, nothing and was defensive, raised voice, and I’ve seen nothing like this before in my life!! Unbelievable!!!!

I’ve worked behind this Dunkin’ at Cahaba Park Circle for the last 4 years, and have to say they have consistently improved through the years. Their service is always fast and friendly, and they now know me on a first name basis. Charlie runs the store with integrity and honesty, and I always appreciate servant leadership, which he seems to operate the location with. A huge thank you to Charlie and the Cahaba Park Dunkin’ team for your hospitality and excellent service!

Customer service was so great. Very nice and friendly! Drive thru was quick. Best Dunkin’ I have been to!

We have been visiting here from out of state all week and made a Dunkin run each morning. The staff has been pleasant and efficient every day and the young man at the window this morning was all smiles. And as usual, the coffee and breakfast sandwiches were delicious! Thank you!

First off - I got here at 530ish Google says they open at 5am. When I got here the Open sign was on so I called and they said they didn’t open until 6. I let them know their Open sign was on and got an “ok” and left it on!! All while people who are clearly not employees are sitting at the table inside eating food and drinking coffee. When I went in at 6 I went in right before an employee and the lady behind the counter just looked at me without saying anything. She than looked at the employees who got a very welcoming hello. So I said hello and got a very dry, rude hello- completely rude, not customer focused and could definitely work on their customer service. 0/10 do not recommend

It's so amazing friends. Hope to meet new people on my next arrival . Merry Christmas to Everyone .
