Starbucks

Drive thru is kind of awkwardly shoved into the space so it often wraps around the building and can have a bit of a wait- however it is totally worth it! They always serve me with a smile and have never been out of anything or made any mistakes with my orders! You can bet a smile will greet you at the window here :

Seriously one of the best starbucks locations in the Birmingham area. The staff are hard working, polite, and always customer centered. This is my favorite study spot!

I had to jump on here and give a review! Every time I come to this location my drink is perfect, the staff is kind, and I leave feeling better than I came in. You can tell these guys put in a lot of effort into their job and it means the world.

I placed a pick up order on the app. I went through the drive through, gave my name and pulled fwd realizing i forgot to order something. I asked about it at the window feeling bad bc this would slow down their efficiency of getting cars moved through the line. They were out of what I meant to order so I changed it, they were out of that, so I chose something a 3rd time, which they had in stock. I apologized for being "that person" ordering at the window‍. She was VERY GRACIOUS!! We laughed about it! Thank you Starbucks for training baristas to put up with uspublic in a gracious manor BE KIND TO YOUR BARISTA! And if your order isn't right... BE GRACIOUS about it!

No paper towels in bathroom. Told the manager who gave me a blank stare. Trash can full. Bathroom floor filthy and flies in lobby. Every worker was more interested in chatting than doing their job. This a first Starbucks I have come across which is poorly managed.

I absolutely enjoy coming to this location! The service is always great! Patty is great and always so nice! Everyone there is friendly! Thanks for the friendly service and good coffee!

I LOVE this location!! Staff is SUPER nice, drinks are CORRECT! Quick, & tasty! Great recommendations! Really can't find a better crew than Hoover Starbucks. Ashleigh is my favorite, but, she also has the BEST people there!

I've never had a bad experience at any Starbucks but the employees at this particular location never fail to be the absolute best!

Please change to make lattes without scalding the milk. It isn't just this store, but a problem at most Starbucks locations. Maybe the company wants to disinfect the milk or something, I don't know. What I do know is that milk overheated/scalded/burnt tastes awful and has a special stink to it.
