Starbucks

I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and it was filled with whipped cream and barely any drink. They didn't put the caramel crunch in it they sprinkled less than a pinch of caramel POWDER on the top in stead of the crunch on top and in the drink. I already drank more than half of the whipped cream.

Clean facility but usually - slow service. This location can oftentimes be packed and drive through is wrapped around building. Don’t let it’s location just off the interstate fool you. The stoplights along Lakeshore Parkway are ill-timed so it can take you a while just to get to this Sbux. Though I have had *some* positive interactions with the employees, rarely do you get a greeting, a smile, a thank you, or an update if your order is taking longer than usual to process.

Absolutely amazing service and coffee!!! I think the person who served me was Edrickson? Erickson? I couldn’t get a good look at the name tag but he was so so polite and just very welcoming! He really put a smile on my face today

My cold brew with a “splash of half n half” magically turned into a glass of milk, but at least it only took 30 minutes of sitting in the drive through line to receive!

The baristas here are not friendly and borderline rude. They do not respond when you thank them for your order, or say hello. You will not receive the customer service you are accustomed to when patronizing your local Starbucks. They also do not follow drink orders properly and if they are out of a product they substitute without informing the customer. This location needs an overhaul and retraining.

We stopped here on our way to Florida and we ordered two pour overs bc no dark roast was brewed. It was the weakest, most watered down coffee that we’d had in years. We stopped on the way back hoping they could redeem themselves since we’ve had great pour-overs at other Starbucks. The barista who took my order promised it would be better but someone different brewed it and it was a tiny bit better but extremely subpar. I’ll just stop at a gas station next time!

Enjoyed the ambience and Modern /Bistro decor. The Baristas were nice, Courteous and prompt. Your could hear the smile as they asked for your order. There is space for intimate gatherings or large staff meetings. Restrooms clean and spacious for someone physically challenged. The outside was nice too. The lighting from inside made the outside cast an intimate setting. Thoroughly enjoyed my Starbucks experience.

Since my main Starbucks unexpectedly closed, Lakeshore Starbucks has really swooped in and saved the day! They've done an excellent job at at always getting my order right and it's always ready so quickly when I mobile order. Thank you for being my new favorite Starbucks! :Food: 5/5

Lovely staff with quick service, delivery and perfect lighting.

First and last time at this location. 1: Staff not friendly at all. 2: My tea was bland and not very hot. 3: I had to send back for the peppermint puffs I ordered. 4: All and all the customer service, product quality and presentation did not match the service I'm accustomed to at the Alabaster location.
