Worst Starbucks. Always understaffed. Can never make drinks in a timely manner. If you order a drink 20 minutes ahead of your pick up time. IT STILL WONT BE READY. Then instead of trying to prioritize your order that’s supposed to be ready at a certain time, they then navigate you to the back of an already long line to get a refund.. or “call customer service.” Once again if you want anything in a timely manner.. this is not the Starbucks for you.
I placed an order online while in a rush to get to work. I'd normally check my order before leaving. But I did not this time. I ordered a Chai latte and the spinach, feta and egg white wrap. There was only feta and spinach on one end of the wrap. Part of the wrap was so tough I could not eat it. The egg was torn. I was so disappointed. I know food never looks like the picture online but geez. I would have asked for a remake or refund.
I have visited this Starbucks on a number of occasions and it's hit or miss on the customer service. I was in the Drive-Thru today and there were only about five cars ahead of me, it took 40 minutes for me to get the coffee and refresher that I ordered. They waited till I got up to the drive-thru window to tell me that they were short staffed. As a courtesy in the future, you might want to let the customers know when they pull up to the speaker, that you are short staffed and it is going to take 30 plus minutes to receive your order. They only apologized and did not offer half price on their drinks or a courtesy freebie for my 40 minute wait. Super disappointed that I wasted so much time and couldn't leave the line because I was blocked in. You all might want to figure out a better way to keep your customers happy and coming back, because you won't keep the doors open very long with your current business strategy.
i was 4 minutes late and they would not give my mobile order and it just got poured out, i showed my order and they all just ignored me. i understand i'm late but my order was RIGHT there. and they knew. they have been rude and slow at other hours too. i hate this starbucks, merry christmas.
They decided to not take my order and say that they were “closed” but decided to serve the car in front of us 40 min before closing time without any explanation and was very rude. I see why this is deemed the worse Starbucks In Birmingham Because of the staff.
Very slow. Mobile order placed and is very late being completed. One girl is making drive thru, in store, and mobile orders. One employee is walking around stocking. I frequent a lot of Starbucks, and this one is disappointing.

Drive up really need to check before giving the order through the window. There were items I ordered missing and double items. Such a disappointment.
I go to this starbucks 4 out of 7 days of the week and the service is great 98% of the time and the drinks are usually good quality. I have had a few baristas be rude to me for my order, but it was only a few times. Other than that this is a nice starbucks. They do seem to be very busy and usually backed up in the drive through line, but its to be expected with usually one barista on bar.
This is my every Sunday morning stop on the way to work. Now as a store manager I can say this staff is friendly and very professional and personable! Customer service is top notch! Girl at window had beautiful makeup and pink hair it's my way if describing her cause I didn't catch her name. She's the sweetest person! She's one I'd definitely want as a team member. I'd definitely go back and recommend this location to others! Oh and the drinks and food are always on point! They never disappoint!
