Dunkin'

The lady that opens up in the morning is never on time. 6am means 6am. I understand if you open 2-3 minutes late but it was 610 and she’s taking her precious time. Unacceptable.

I work for my dad, and I'm pretty sure I should be getting paid over time for the amount of times he has me go out to get him coffee from this location. That must say something about how delicious it is. Great service too. The ladies are always so pleasant.

Worst dunkin ever. Every single time they do wrong order. Hot latte is not hot. Coffee is miserable. Employees dont dont understand customers. This place is bad bad.

Unnecessarily long wait time. At times, coffee is miserable. Staff Azmul made me most bitter+ signature latte with added flavor and claimed how its always like that everywhere. When I kept saying its 'bitter' for a while he thought I am saying how 'better' it is.

The worst Dunkin in the whole franchise. The workers are slow and incompetent. They are constantly rushing and orders get constantly screwed up.

The store manager Nasra is rude and can barley speak English..also the store manager Nasra could not really understand English...when I asked her could she understand me she begin to yell...very bad customer service.. at least hire people that speak and understand English properly so customers are not getting frustrated
