Service isn't too bad. The coffee isn't good, mine was a little on the weak side, and not because it was smooth. The breakfast croissant is smaller than expected, the pastry was also heavier than you would expect - not flaky.Food: 2/5
They are disrespectful. Me and my friend mind our business waiting for the food WE ORDERED THERE. Then they want to kick us after 10 min bc they apparently have a policy saying u can’t sit for too long. When i’m fact we’re just waiting for them to even give us our order. I don’t know why my friend goes there everyday
I could order my pickup coffee and 2 donuts 2 hours early and would STILL HAVE TO WAIT 10 MINUTES WHEN U GET THERE because they DO NOT MAKE THE ORDERS when they come in. Then want to have an attitude with customers rushing them because their stuff should already be ready, AND on top of that they have a long line inside the store. Your overwhelm is literally self inflicted. WE ORDERED PICKUP. Make them when they're supposed to be done
Employees just throw your food in a paper bag, they don’t wrap it with the sandwich paper that is made to keep food hot. They don’t care. Husaain is so rude. Ismael the manager is so rude. They yell at you and speak to you with attitudes. Hussain yelled at an old lady the other day, an OLD LADY. And then he yelled at me for recording him yell at the old lady. I would love to upload the video, but on google I can only add photos to my review. This place needs work. A lot of it.
This establishment gives horrible customer service! I'm a non-profit youth worker who happened to go there after a trip with our kids, and all 10 of our kids were paying customers there. They had 4 seats for 10 kids and 3 staff members, so they ate their food before we got back on the train back to our site location. The manager at this Dunkin Donuts location embarrassment herself and that establishment and one of our kids says she does that ofter. There are three adults, the kids paid for their stuff and they were not causing issues in this establishment but were asked to leave for the other two ladies who I believe were of European descent and the majority of us are of African descent which seemed to be the only reason for our poor customer service, which i will add the two ladies were not aware of. If you're anyone looking for good service here with a group larger than four, I hope that you prepare yourselves for this terrible service if you choose to stay and enjoy your purchase.
Bad service, there is no perfect customer service and they have no donuts at all
This is the 2nd time I ordered a bagel and I will never do so again. The bagels are NOT fresh and are very stale and chewy. The coffee is not bad but they sometimes make it too sweet. There usually is never a line, but now I kinda understand why. You are better off getting breakfast from a near by deli.Food: 1/5
Very nasty ass Dunkin Donuts. Sad considering it's in Park Slope. Even the donuts tasted stale and the workers behind the counter were pretty dirty. They have a homeless man in the front begging for money and a homeless woman sleeping in the back. So you can't even sit down and enjoy your water down coffee because they want to look at you dead in the eyes like it's your fault they're hungry.
I freaking loveeeeeee Dunkin, but these bagel bites are a nope. Make that a NOPE. I am still Grateful for Life and Dunkin and Munchkins and pumpkin spice coffee. But life is better without your bagel bites. #gfl
