This gem of a business was discovered by my husband, who also happens to be a former auto mechanic. The mechanics at Durand Automotive Center provide quality automotive services at reasonable prices. The staff do a great job of keeping their clients informed on the progress of their automotive repairs. Durand Automotive Center is definitely the best in Racine, Wisconsin!

So nice to have a repair center I can trust. They will always give the option to fix something or not and advise which to do. Had several times where a small emergency came up and had no problem getting in for a repair. Always reliable and a very high level of customer service!

These guys (and gal) are the BEST OF THE BEST. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and fair prices. Will NEVER go anywhere else while I am living in SE Wisconsin!!!

I spent almost $2,500 on repairs and instead of putting a castle pin nut on my wheel bearings they put a tire lug nut on it . It was so bad that my oil technician was the one that found it . I bought all 4 new tires and they gave it to me with the tire pressure Gage broken in the wheel . So my tire was always low .than they made me pay for two repairs trying to fix a sensor that they still couldn't fix , called me back after already replacing two things that wasn't the problem saying they think they finally know what it is . I needed to buy another 300$ part . Needless to say I just had to spend another 2,000 to fix their mistakes . The lady gave me a free oil change card thinking that was good enough for the shady , lazy work they did . I got ripped off and will never ever take my car or reccomend them to any one . Want some advice , hire people who take other people's property seriously . Hire people with experience before you kill someone .!!!
