My Approach to Your Wellness
“Home Is Where The Heart Is.”

This is more than just a proverb; it forms the foundation of my practice and approach to health care. I focus on the whole person, not just a part, a piece or a problem. I reach out to you for wellness and am always here for care. I welcome you to join my MDVIP practice as your “Home for Health.”

Health means nutritional education, promoting physical and mental well-being and coaching healthier lifestyle choices. In addition to primary care I have a distinct focus on women’s health and integrative medicine. I am conservative about using pharmaceuticals and educated in using nutraceuticals – getting and keeping cells healthy a natural way before they become fixed in states that do require medication.

My practice is located in Midtown on the Manhattan East Side, but many patients come from all over New York City, Westchester County, Long Island as well as New Jersey. I am on the faculty of NYU Medical Center and my patients use hospital resources at the NYU Langone Medical Center.

Dr. Hoffman has been my primary doctor for about 12 years. I have had a few doctors in my 50 years of living in New York , and I can say she is the most thorough, professional and thoughtful doctor i have had the pleasure of knowing. Additionally, with her vast experience and knowledge of the medical world in NYC, she is also the "go to" person for making the best referrals for specialists that I have needed to see from time to time. Dr.Hoffman is highly regarded by her peers through both her practice and her teachings. It is very reassuring to go to a specialist doctor and for them tell me what good a doctor they think she is.
