I have stayed here several times in the past and have had no problems. This last time I booked through their website like I always do for 2 Queen beds. When we checked in, we went to our room and found it was 1 King bed and a pullout. So I went downstairs and told her that there must be a mix up and showed her my confirmation email of the 2 Queen beds. She replies," Oh yes, I am sorry we are almost out of rooms because they over booked us." The lady was super nice and looked a little frazzled, but as a paying customer that booked through their website and not a cheaper deal through a 3rd party site I expect what I paid for. This to me just was not a good excuse. I called a few days later to let a manager know what happened and she said someone else would call me back and I haven't heard from anyone. It has been 2 weeks. I just believe you should get what you pay for, or if they have to change something due to their error you should at least be compensated. I really enjoyed this hotel in the past, unfortunately we won't be staying here anymore in the future, since I will never know what we will be getting.
Checkin was superb. Arrived around 1030pm on Thursday 11 August and the night desk was super friendly and very welcoming to our puppy Zion. She even clarified the ambiguous pet fee on their site. The room was cool and comfortable. Bed felt great after 11 hours. My only issue is the parking…..for $15 there should be direct hotel access. Instead you have to go up to the 2nd or 3rd floor, then ride down, walk through the lobby and then take another elevator to your room. How is this still a thing in 2022 when you’re charging appx 8 floors by 30 rooms a $15 fee that’s $3600 per night to clarify
We were put in a terrible room with 2 beds instead of king bed like we paid for. Lobby is a thousand degrees, beds are dirty and sheets are pilly, smells of cologne and cheap cleaning products. Terrible layout with two beds mushed together and impossible to see tv. Awful front desk service. Would never recommendRooms: 1/5
I give a one star for the female employee customer service towards me. First of all, when I had walked up to front desk to check-in, I was not greeted or welcomed into the hotel AT ALL. I had said “Hello! We are here to check-in.” I had arrived at the hotel around 8:15am on 8/25/22. The female employee looks at me oddly and says “Check-In is not until 3pm. The housemaids arrived 15 mins ago and I don’t know if your room is ready or not.” I understand that check-in is not until 3pm. But I expected as answer such as; “Welcome to Element at Omaha! How can I assist you today?…I understand however you are a little early for check-in. I can go ahead and check to see if your reservation is available at this time. May I please see your ID or do you have your confirmation number?” Customer Service right? I did not appreciate the employee’s tone of voice when she had spoken to me regarding check-in hours. She gave me the keycard to my room and the last thing she said was, “You have about an hour or so left for breakfast, right around the corner.” Seriously? I was not given any other info about the hotel regarding parking, wifi, gym, laundry, etc. The check-in portion of this hotel was very unsatisfactory. Especially coming from another state to a city we have never been too.
Good value hotel. Free breakfast, parking is paid but convenient. Rooms are decent. Staff were pleasant.Rooms: 4/5
The room was nice, convenient parking, and on the other side of the building was a little grocery store which was also convenient because we had a stove and full size fridge in our room. Will book again in the future for sure.Rooms: 5/5
Need to talk with your pbx or guest service agent. I called prior my stay asked questions regarding amenities. I forgat her name but she was very rude, cut me off like hold on! Hold on! Wait! Wait! Put me on hold.. brush me off and she sounded like she dont wanna deal with anythingRooms: 3/5
EV CHARGER notes: One Tesla handle 40a/200v 8kW rate and another j1772 handle. Free, huge signs on second level of garage appears to be common 4 hour limit, which is not advertised “destination charging” Leave note on windshield? Otherwise hotel is excellent, I could see in figure 2 handles being a huge issue. Hope they upgrade to proper overnight / plenty of plugs.
