Four Points by Sheraton Omaha Midtown

Nice hotel, convenient location in midtown. Unfortunately, all the amenities, e.g., lounge, restaurant, gym, business office, are all closed due to COVID19.

Rooms were very nice and rates were reasonable. However, booked this hotel specifically because it said there was a bar/restaurant but it was closed. Very disappointing

They did a amazing remodel last time I stayed at this location it was a motel 6 in 2013:you would never know though.... I have to give 3 stars though due to the obvious drug dealer refusing to give some crack head credit infront of the hotel and unless u are a Marriott member u don't get a grab bag breakfast. At

Staff are wonderful, great rates, and great workout facility. Coffee is terribly strong. Plug ins in the rooms are very limited.

The rooms are very clean and look like they have been renovated in the past couple of years. The area has lots of neat gems, restaurants, theaters and shopping are all very close. Of course there is also Creighton University right across the street and the downtown old market is 2 miles a short drive away.

Room was nice. Decently priced. Only issue we had was the person at the front desk that did overnights. She refused service because we weren't wearing masks and we even told her that we couldn't due to health problems. All we wanted was to buy a bottle of juice.
