Few places make sure their sides are just as good as their entrees. EllaEm's Soul Food is one of those places! Everything was delicious. Portion sizes are fantastic, staff is friendly, and the atmosphere takes me back to my favorite soul places in NOLA, DC, Carolina, and Georgia. Definitely recommend!

This was my first time here. I ordered my food to go. Greeting a customer from beginning to close..wasn't professional. I seen that their was only a few cooks in the back. I was expecting more. A customer that was already there, was telling other customers make sure to check your food. I watched from one customer to another, that something was missing. The receipt you get back. Only shows that you paid. Not of what you paid for. That's poor on your end. Because there should be a check list. Using too many containers. Only when necessary. I ordered greens(medium). I didn't receive it. $7. -. Don't make burgers if you can't cook them right. The catfish sandwich that my niece had was good. Just do an over view of your business. You'll be better at service. For first time customers.

Went there for the first time and had an Amazing experience. Met to lady’s by the name of Jazz And Pam and they were awesome they made me feel as if I came to a family members house for dinner. Would highly recommend this place if you want good comfort food. The atmosphere here is amazing.

Absolutely divine! Our server took good care of us! She was the sweetest! And the portion sizes were great! I got the baked chicken, collard greens, yams, and black eyed peas. My husband had the fried fish, collards, mac & cheese, and cauliflower. Every bite was a "food high". The corn bread was sweet and buttery! It was all so good! They were out of sweet potato pie, but we didn't care because the peach cobbler was to die for! (To freakin' die for!) Long live EllaEm's!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Great soul food fare in N. Las Vegas. Our table had the fried catfish, grilled red snapper & Oxtails. Chose macaroni and cheese was great, collard greens and yams just ok. The night we were there their was a Players Ball near by and we got an array of pimps in multicolored suits included most known pimp Bishop Magic Don Juan. Food.and ambiance on a Saturday night.
