TC's Rib Crib

If you are looking for good, downhome, Southern style food I highly recommend this place. It's small and located in a strip mall, but don't let that throw you off. The food is Great! We went with a large group, which they very graciously accommodated, and we pretty much ordered platters of everything on the menu, and were not disappointed. Everything was cooked properly and very flavorful. It looked as though they do a brisk takeout business as well as people were coming and going the whole time we were there. We got desserts to go, and they were goods as well. Good, unexpected find in the Las Vegas Suburbs.

Service was good, fast and friendly. BBQ was okay ( I was looking for fresh off the grill and smoked). Sides were okay , the best side was the candied yams. I’ll give them another visit, maybe everything will better.

Food and service were amazing, and they have Kool Aid in the menu. I had the 3 meat plate.everything was really good.

I've bought the beef ribs here 20 times or so already. The full rack price is good, the food quality varies. I like their sauce and the sides are great when you consider they charge $2 for two sides. Overall a great beef rib shop for me as that is my favorite meat and I can't eat pork ribs

I staff was very unprofessional. I placed a catering order for my daughter's Prom scheduled to be picked up at 4 PM. I get there to pick it up not only had they not was it not ready the order had not even been started. I will never patronize this establishment again. Unacceptable
