Embassy of Bangladesh

I am impressed with their service and behavior. The staff was accommodating and polite. They did everything to make my passport on time. I don't know why people give them negative reviews.

I feel very disappointed every time I have a conversation with Bangladesh Embassy IN D.C.. Specifically this one lady who have an awful attitude. On the positive side she seems to know a lot about the process and seems to be knowledgeable about the document requirements. But on the flip side she never listens to the customers and never let them finish their sentence. Once she mixed me with some other customer and start screaming at me and hanged up the phone on my face This is called EXCRUCIATINGLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are not getting our service for free. Where there is money involved WE CUSTOMERS SEEK GOOD customer service.We expect Bangladeshis to be respectful towards each other. But that is not possible. Embarrassed to see such atrocity. Also please make sure someone holds the phone and get the documents processed on time. Nothing gets done in order. ASHAMED! SIGH

Sent my passport for renewal to Wash. DC, and I got it back within three weeks. Superb service! This is the first time, probably, I ever had such an awesome experience of government service. Excellent folks!

very disappointing. they're like any other government facilities in Bangladesh. i went there twice from texas and received awful service both times. very rude, arrogant, will give hard time. the only good thing about them is they dont ask for bribe, which in fact could improve their attitude. i just hope i dont have to deal with them again.

I had a wonderful experience with the BD Embassy. They visited Dallas on the weekend of February 24th as part of a social service event hosted by the Bangladesh Expatriate Society of Texas and provided excellent service. The event overall was a great success, and I hope to see it held again.
