This is a great place. I was very confused/surprised when I read the other bad reviews here. I had a special case in my visa application, and the people in the visa section were very cooperative and considerate.

Why are they so unfriendly ? People don't smile even when you try too and   you sure don't feel welcomed ! My advice is to seek for a visa someplace else. There's no need for such negative energy.

Super slow service: 2-3 months to register a marriage (after they received all the paper work)! Employees borderline rude and not helpful at all.

Very competent staff, but not a welcoming environment. Try calling the embassy by phone, but only if you have a very high tolerance for frustration.

They open 9 am to 12 and close on weekends , what kidda lazy ass are they? and to top it out never respond back to the voice mail
