Who ever is in charge needs to be fired. This is a waste of money to have them in the building. They don't work. Never answer the phone or reply to messages. Definitely a third world embassy. Third class service. Disgustingly sad consulate.

Why do they have people in that building when nobody never picks up phone? 3 days call with no answer? Shame on u! Eating tax payers money and doing nothing. Don’t waste your time calling this place. They sleep and get paid. Liberia is so “bad lucky” oh. Chey! These people live in one of the best countries in the world yet they refuse to change. I am giving u one star bcuz I can’t find “zero” option. I’m wondering who are those people giving this place 2 stars.

I'm sorry to say but my experience at the Embassy of Liberia was the worst I've had. As a Liberian it is terrible that we can be this unorganized and have such bad customer service. I mailed in a Visa application ( that was my first mistake, don't mail it anything to that embassy) on November 10th and they received it November 13th. The visa process states that it takes 10 working days, it's is now December 4, 2017 and I've yet to receive my passport. I called, emailed and went into the embassy after the 10 workings to to find out how come my passport hasn't been returned to me with the return envelope that I provided. No one could tell me where my passport was and why it had taking so long for me to receive it. I sat in the Embassy of Liberia for 4 hours with no answer as to where my passport was. Finally after waiting they found my passport. The person in charge of the visa process never mailed out my visa . This whole time my visa was sitting on some incompetent individual desk and no one could tell me why it was not mailed at like it was suppose to.
