Empower Personalized Fitness

I have been going to Empower for 3 months. My trainer Amanda Fontaine is amazing. She listens well and pays great attention to posture and injury prevention while working with you towards your goals. In this short time I have seen very measurable, certain progress towards my goals, and others have noticed it too. I am very glad with my decision to join. All the trainers seem very friendly and the environment is no pressure, with people of all ages, and fitness levels. My husband has started working with Amanda as well.

I have been a Personal Trainer (and more recently named "Chief Fun Officer") at Empower for just over 3 years now and I absolutely love working here. It feels like my home away from home. Work doesn't feel like work because I love what I do and enjoy being here. We are a big family from staff to clientele and create a fun atmosphere to be in. I have developed life-long lasting relationships and can't imagine a better place to work!

I love everything about Empower! The staff is awesome and super friendly. They focus on your fitness needs, while also getting to know you on a personal level. They dedicate time to plan personalized workouts that are challenging, goal-oriented, and fun! The group fitness classes are also a great workout!

I have been working out with Jessica since before there WAS an Empower. The changes over the years have done so much for my fitness. Lots of diversity, new classes, new techniques. Very grateful for Empower!
