As a busy new mother of an 8-month old, I've been unable to maintain a any kind of fitness regime without 'falling off the wagon' after a few days' effort. As a business owner (Dance with the Pen, K-12 Tutoring), too, I've found that personal training helps me manage my daily stress much more effectively. My wife and I have been getting couples training sessions with Valerie Merriweather. We are very pleased with our experience. She is very knowledgeable and her various certifications show her commitment to providing safe and effective training.
