My experience at Renovate Fitness has been very rewarding. The trainers are always friendly and supportive. They make your personal fitness goals obtainable and achievable. Their uniquely designed workouts are always a blast and a great workout. I always feel comfortable and unjudged at Renovate Fitness. There is no other place that I would turn to when selecting a gym. You really get the whole package plus more at Renovate Fitness.

RFP was and is, just what I needed. I too was welcomed into the family of fitness performance. Coach Renard and Coach David works with you right where you are. They are very supportive and encouraging to help you reach your best potential. I have now been able to do a jumping Jack and a sit up again. I hurt my ankle at one of my workouts; however, I did not quit, because I have a goal and the coaches worked with me by giving me an alternative way to work out in an ankle boot. The group session has kept me consistent and accountable. One of the key ingredients of RFP is a weekly Mindset Matters. My favorite one is "When the Why is big enough, you won't allow the HOW to stop you". How BIG is your WHY?

I work out because I don't want to continue to grow older and not be able to enjoy life to it fullness because my joints and muscles decided to stop functioning. Also I work out because I try to follow my doctor's orders. Also....WHAT HAS KEPT ME COMING DAILY???? Truthfully??? l have the best "Coaches" in the County of Durham, NC. They keep me encourage even when I want to give up. They keep me on the "RIGHT PATH," especially those days when I feel like I want to get off the "BEACON PATH" and take the "short cut" through the "WOODS." BELIEVE ME, they get to know each person capabilities and they take your needs and capabilities personal as if "THEY" were ordered by the "SUPREME COURT" to give you their "BEST CARE." They are Never Pushy, They Never Raises Their Voices Inappropriately, They "Do Not" Make You Feel Less Than Another Who My be Doing More or Less Than What You are doing in the work-outs. Your journey there is your own personal journey with them helping you to reach your distination. They really do care about you and your well-being. I also enjoy coming because I love the camaraderie of the people who attends. The work-out cultural and atmosphere of those who attend are so much more than going to some "famous franchise gym," (which is not personal training at all. You pay your money and you are not coached by anyone, you are there on your own). Not at "RENOVATE FITNESS & PERFORMANCE " Here you get the personal training that you need for all parts of your body. You get mind, body and nutrition assistance (truly food for thought in mindfulness thinking). You are treated as family as soon as you walk through the door, whether you come to work-out, whether you come to observe or if you come in and join a work-out session as someone's guest at that time. Whatever your choice..you are still treated as someone who showed up with an interest in your well-being and everyone is so glad that you came and showed an interest in how it is done at "Renovate Fitness Performances" opposed to a "Franchise Gym." THIS IS WHY I SHOW-UP and WORK-Out because I feel that I'm in good "HANDS."

I have never been a member of or one to go to the gym. Coming to RFP was not intimidating; Coach Renard welcomed me with a smile and encouragement. All coaches are positive, supportive and push you, when you need to be pushed! They cater workouts for varying levels of ability and difficulty for clients. Having instructions on the correct way to use weights is critical in avoiding injury (I am a klutz!). Working out with a group and coaches has kept me consistent and accountable for showing up and getting it done! #createthechange #CTC
