Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Booked a car from Manhattan Greenwich village location and confirmed for a specific price. Next day i got a phone call from the manager that they changed the price to over double the amount. I recommend everyone to look for another location when renting from Enterprise.

They are very pleasant and nice but their policy of when rental is very bad I did my transaction it when thru but in their system said otherwise because my card was swipe a few times I could not get my rental I think their system should let the manager overide it and let it finish the transaccion again one more time

The customer service here was really good. I had issue with uber app so I decided the best thing for me was rental car. I was in and out of this place in about 20 mins. I normally wait in the places 40 min to get a car. Im very happy with this place.

Very friendly staff who are always helpful and will do whatever they can to make your trip as enjoyable and fast as they can
