Budget Car Rental

I didn’t break rules, returned on time and refill the gasoline to the same position when I picked up the car, but they charged me extra $94 dollars without any reason, they only said I have to refill the gasoline to the full tank, actually, the dashboard only showed half tank when I picked up the car, so I refill to half tank before I returned the car. BUDGET CAR RENTAL is the worst rental company I’ve ever met. If I knew I have to spent $200 dollars to rent a car for one day, I would definitely not choose your company. All the excuse is ridiculous. Only SUCK can describe your company. Also, I hope the people who want to rent the car in the BUDGET won’t be fooled by this company in the future. They always cheat people in the same way and say the same excuse. Provide a advice to the people who want to rent the car in BUDGET, please don’t choose this company!!!!! There is no integrity in BUDGET.

It’s a bit crazy at this location. They upcharge you if you’re a bit late and your car is no longer available. They also insist that you should call them if you’re going to be late, but then they’re not available on the phone. It’s not the fault of the staff, it just seems that the place is very low/staffed and poorly managed. It’s no Enterprise.

Just checked my credit card bill to see I was charged $100.00 extra dollars than what is on the bill they gave me when I received the car. Interesting enough I was told their system was down when I returned the car and was told that they would email me the bill which of course never happened. That was three days ago! Called to find out why I was charged extra and they are not answering the phone even though they are supposed to be open for another 2 hours. The national office is closed. I received a car with damage on the back wheel barrel and was accused of causing the damage when I returned the car, on time, with a full tank of gas. I rent cars frequently and will NEVER rent from Budget or this location again. Horrible, sketchy service!!

The have the worse cars in any category. Like if it say full-size Chevrolet Malibu or similar, it means you’re getting a bad Kia. It was unsafe. He wouldn’t give me a choice of cars. They weren’t even nice. Like the worse experiences especially that the car was shaking, not in good shape, and I had my son and pregnant wife with me. Anything above 40 m/h is SCARRY. I returned it early and they wouldn’t give me a refund.
