Dollar Car Rental

This location is very convenient for me, but the service level of excellence varies depending on which employees you get to meet. I met some staff who was not very polite or considerate to me this time, as opposed to the other staff I met in my previous experience.

Expect the worst and to deal with very low levels of intelligence from the central phone booking to the local office, even though you did everything to a T. Lady here tries to play mind games. Short this company until its filing for bankruptcy.

Worse customer service ever. Book with Expedia but once arrive to pick up car they have problem with my booking and didn’t even have cars. Lady at front counter was confusing and not helpful at all with explaining weird policies. End up not getting car and needed to change plans.

Add a fee here, add a fee there, even a fee to have my spouse as a secondary driver. Didn't have my vehicle reserved available and put me in a smaller car with less features and offered no discount. Added over $75 in fees on a less than 2 day rental.
