Action Car Rental

Guys very friendly and helpful. You can actually drop the car back after their closing hours up to midnight. They also suggested to drop the car back to airport for $15 fee but finding a place to park it would be much higher than that for sure. This should be really free but I guess nothing is for free now a days. Place is easy to reach and convienan.

This is the worst car rental experience they almost made me miss my sisters wedding they double charged me for a car I only had for three days and then they lied and said they didn’t charge me and I have proff smh this was just terrible I will Never rent from them the only good thing was an employee shree

BEWARE - All was good until my friend gets a random $40 transaction on her credit card 3 weeks after our trip. Not sure whats going on, but credit card will be cancelled...

I have booked a car for only one day from Expedia. I'm feeling really disrespected. I was charged $22.19 for an EZ Pass for ONE DAY. The staff said it was $6, but didn't tell me that there were an extra $15 dollars for the administration fee. Also the deposit of $353,94 still on my credit card. I called there and they said it was released. But actually they didn't and my credit card said that it will be there for 60 days. Extremely unsatisfied.

Got me a car when I really needed it. One of the only companies in NYC that takes debit. The staff was excellent and the car was great. Damion Wilson was a great help and I'll definitely be using Action for my future rental car needs.
